⚖️ Service Terms & Disclaimers
Scope of Service: This offer is for Threshold Delivery only. Items will be delivered to the first dry area (garage, porch, or entryway). This service does not include interior room placement, unboxing, or assembly.
Scheduling Notice: Deliveries must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day or "rush" requests are subject to a convenience fee and must be approved via phone.
Attendance Requirement: The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at the pickup location. A responsible adult (18+ years of age) must be present at the delivery location to sign for the item.
Mileage Fees: Additional charges apply at a rate of $2.00 per mile for any distance exceeding 30 miles between the point of origin and the final destination.

Our flat rate of $625 includes loading, hauling, and responsible disposal of up to 3,000 pounds (1.5 tons) of standard household or construction debris.
Loads exceeding 3,000 pounds will incur an additional charge of $225 per ton, calculated in 2,000-pound increments. Additional weight charges apply up to a maximum of four (4) additional tons per load.

Heavy materials—including but not limited to concrete, rock, soil, brick, asphalt, tile, or similar dense debris—require a full trailer rental and may be subject to additional fees. Due to weight restrictions, these materials may reach allowable load limits before the trailer is filled by volume. We reserve the right to refuse unsafe loads or adjust pricing if materials differ from those disclosed at booking.
Materials that may contain asbestos must be tested by a certified laboratory prior to removal. Documentation showing negative test results must be provided before such materials can be hauled or disposed of.
